Au pair program in Sweden is to provide a chance to live in a Swedish family for the young people from the world, live for one year, get free accommodations and some pocket money. The au pairs need to help the host family take care of children, and do some simple housework, the purpose is to experience the Swedish language and cultures.
Au Pair Duties and Benefits
1. Helping the host family take care of children and doing some light housework;
2. Working no more than 5 hours per day, and no more than 25 hours per week;
3. Receiving a minimum of one day off per week;
4. Enjoying 25 days paid holiday and travel in Sweden and other Schengen countries.
5. Receiving free accommodations;
6. Getting about SEK3500/month as pocket money, about RMB40,000/year;
7. Receiving tuitions from host family to study Swedish in the language school;

Au Pair Requirements
1. Unmarried without children, at the age of 18-30;
2. Basic knowledge in English or Swedish, fluent communication with others;
3. Completion of high school or senior vocational school education, preferential majors in pre-school education, medical and nursing;
4. Priority in holders with driver’s license;
5. Loving children and having childcare experience;
6. With the character of easygoing, patient and independent;
7. No smoking, no drinking;
8. Being healthy, without any criminal record.
